My Name is Janice. I graduated Culinary School in 2008. Since then I've worked in various hotel restaurants in the US. I recently moved back home ( Puerto Rico) and decided to take some time off from the hotel industry. I decided to start my own lunch catering business from my home, a 6 month trial and over all it was working well. I wasn't profiting much due to the fact that the customers were cheap. And I felt as though I should please them. So once the trial was over I decided to go back to school to learn how to manage the business. I do caterings for family and friends on the side. Again not profiting much, just being nice =) I recently got offered to buy a cafe for $30,000. And I have tons of questions. I came across this website and I hope my fellow culinarians can help me through the process of whether or not I should invest in it.
