I'm a baker at a small artisan bakery in Oregon. I do pastry, desserts, mix breads (someone else shapes and bakes it) make soup, do veg prep, etc. In the past I've worked as a prep cook, cold side line cook, dish washer, waiter, caterer, and barista.
