Greetings all,

I'm a baker at a small artisan bakery in Oregon. I do pastry, desserts, mix breads (someone else shapes and bakes it) make soup, do veg prep, etc. In the past I've worked as a prep cook, cold side line cook, dish washer, waiter, caterer, and barista.

I'm 28, a father and husband. When I'm not in the kitchen I'm riding my skateboard, training mma, or putting the fire out in my lower back with a couple of pints of porter. I joined the forums for inspiration and support.

WOW!  Only 28 years old and you’ve done all that already? WOW!

Love Love Love Oregon!  Would move there in a heartbeat, but…

I’m sure that you’ve already taken a lookey-loo around the place and have figured it all out, if not, you can post any questions in regard to the site itself in the Feedback & Suggestion forum. 

Beer, huh?  Do you ever brew your own?

Thanks for the warm welcome! I've never done any home brewing, because it seems a little too close to what I do all day at work, lol. Ill sure try to get sone photos up soon
