Hi all:)

 

I am a woman trying to open up a restaurant. Well, I wouldn't call it a restaurant since it will mainly be fried chicken and chips.

It is something I really want to do and have saved for some years now. 

 

My problem is that I really don't know what kind of fryer I should buy. I have tried to find out what type of fryers KFC use, but haven't found it out yet.

 

Do you know anything about this? 

 

Would really appreciate if you could help me with this.
