June 20th - August 26, 2001.

12-17 hour shifts. Mostly 13.5 hour shifts.

Everyday.

Processing plant in AK.

Cooking for about 300 ppl.

One of my favorite jobs.

I think the longest for me was about 45 days at an Inn but that was a looooong time ago. What I think about more often is how many non-stop hours I've worked with out sleeping.

5 months straight on the cruise ship Pride of Hawaii.
I kinda miss it.
