Hi my name is April and I am new to this blog.  I am actually just an assistant to a well known chef in the area.  Basically I do all the work she can't get to. Basically the reason I joined this site was so I can get much needed answers to questions I need help with. I am hoping I can get those questions answered here.  I am in the Dallas area so anyone around here please contact me :-)

Howdy April! Welcome to Chef Talk. I think you'll find the community will be a great help, and I think you'll be able to help out other people, too. We do have members from the Big D and elsewhere in Texas, so I'm sure you'll run into others from your area. We use private messages ("PMs") here on the site to contact each other.
