studying at salzburg institute of hotel management

I'm changing professions to start my own café in Austria. I love to cook and would like a good education to help me gain confidence. can anybody suggest a better institute than the one in Salzburg, in Austria. Switzerland and Paris institutes were options but the courses are longer and more expensive. Is the institute at Salzburg reputed?

thanks in advance.

Thank you for your reply. but I was really keen in doing a culinary school in Europe as I live in Austria. Could you recommend a good culinary school which is affordable in Europe? thanks in advance
