One of my favorite hobbies is cooking at home.  Most of dishes are American or Asian.  My latest venture is charcuterie and sausage making.  I hope to share some tips with others.

Aloha, Welcome joedman to Chef Talk!


Oh wow, charcuterie and sausage making, that’s adventurous!

DH and I were in San Francisco last September, but somehow we missed going to Ferry Building; I SO wanted to go to Boccalone Salumeria by Chris Cosentino (DH's not a foodie), but next time I guess.
