Swai filets

Where I work we use Swai filets for our fish tacos and also sell them by the dinner blackened. Never had a problem but a few months ago started getting pieces that would not firm up no matter how long I cooked them on the flattop. Certain spots would have a gelatinas texture. Does anyone else have problems with these? They do come in frozen.

I agree. Since we"ve have had the problems I can't bring myself to eat them anymore.
