I have a big dilemma. I just finished my first year of culinary school and I'm trying to find a job. However, I have no job experience. I've applied to nearly every restaurant in a ten mile radius and they have either rejected me completely or will not call back. I got the grades to prove I'm an excellent student and I can also back it up at the kitchen. Is there any way I could gain experience another way since no one will hire me?
