I'm cooking for my girlfriend to do a fun thing for/with her. The "problem" is she's a health nut and also is gluten free. So she cannot do wheat and during the week she doesn't eat carbs. So that means she basically does protein, vegetables, olive oil and spices
Can anyone help me out big time and suggest any recipes that would be a fantastic meal for her? The ingredients don't matter and difficulty doesn't matter either.
