Hello My name is Sandra, I've been in the Culinary field for over 20 years, started as a dish washer and now I'm the manager of the dietary dept. at our local hospital, I still work the floor as well  Kind of hard to get everything done in a I have a very good group of ladies that works with me.

I look forwarding to checking out some of the topics here and get some ideas.

I'm sure that you've already discovered that we are an eclectic gathering of folk.
