Hi all,

I'm new to this forum! I'm an amateur, but I've had a few months of professional cooking experience. I discovered my love of food when living in Europe for a couple of years.

I am passionate about re-designing the boring and original, and making it something special. I'm all for new crazy sandwich recipe's that go beyond the norm. There are no boundaries to ingredients!

This website is one of the friendliest on the net and membership is from around the world and all levels of culinary sill. I fall into the category of 'very enthusiastic home cook'smile.gif

The many articles, reviews and photography are all well worth spending time to view. Feel free to join in on any thread you find interesting, or start your own in the relevant forum. Please note, the professional fora are read only for those of us who are not employed in a culinary capacity.

I note that you say you are not a professional, but you seem to have chosen 'Professional Chef' as your culinary experience. It might cause confusion to other members, so you may wish to change it!

Like you, I have been able to improve my skills. In my case by taking quite a lot of cookery courses in mainland Europe as well as in mainland UK and Eire.
