I just wanted to stop by and say Hi. My name is Ryan and I'm an Executive Chef from Maryland. I work at a farm to table restaurant and do a lot of supporting for local farms. I think you should always know what your food is eating and where it is coming from.

Aloha ryan, Welcome to Chef Talk, so glad that you found us.  LOVE Maryland and the foods there.  Isn’t this pace amazing?  I found CT a little more than  two years ago as a Home Cook, and now have built up enough confidence in myself to strike out in a new food business.
