I will be hosting a outdoor event later this month and we will be serving Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. I need to have a large number of them ready to be served over a short time. Due to the lack of time and grill space I need to have the sandwiches cooked and ready to go for service.
What would be the best method to hold the sandwiches and keep them from drying out or going soggy? Even a 20 minute holding time, as long as it did not affect the quality of the sandwich would be a life saver.
