I am Chef Tera. I was classically trained at the Art Institute of Dallas but taught how to cook by my Southern (Louisiana) Grandmother and Mother. I have a made from scratch, low sodium, low fat style of cooking. I see so many people say..."I offer a Asian Cuisine with a passioned infused whatever..."..crazy.gifWhere I am from cooking from the heart is all you need. Because of this upbringing, I can cook whatever the heart desires. I love cooking. I love watching people enjoy my food. 


The event planning aspects of catering is a Diamond Girls dream come true! You get to shop, create and get paid to do it. What I also enjoy about event planning is offering more personalized attention to the details that mean the most to people. With this style of cooking and event planning, leaning on fellow Chefs is almost a must!
