Greetings and Salutations

Hello everyone.  I am a professional culinarian currently working for Compass Group subcontracted by Chevron in Houston, TX.  I have been working in the food industry since 2005.  I have worked at a high end grocery store as well as an Irish Pub.  My dream is to one day become a food writer and so I currently have my own food blog.  I hope to share what I know as well and learn a lot from this community and look forward to make some new friends.
