Morning, just want to introduce myself, chef liz from phila,pa..hope to meet some wonderful chefs... have a wonderful day. i work at einstein medical center

Greetings, Chef Liz. We're glad to have you with us. I hope Chef Talk drew you here because we were able to provide information or enjoyment you couldn't find elsewhere. We've been online since 1999 and are proud to have a friendly, resourceful community of professional chefs and food-lovers which encompasses every continent (well, Antarctica only occasionally!), many cultures, all ages and levels of expertise. I think the members are the wealth of this site!

 

Still, don't miss the excellent cooking articles, photo gallery, cookbook and equipment reviews, special guest interview archives, etc. Fortunately we have a search tool to help you sift through it all. 

 

Are there dishes or methods you're particularly fond of? Ingredients you'd love to try using? Is your culinary story intriguing? We hope you'll take part in the discussions and add your knowledge to the mix here as often as your busy life allows.
