Greetings! I am new to ChefTalk but am an avid home cook. I have taken classes at Toscana Saporita in Tuscany and have become friends with the chef/owner. I will be staying a week in Montreal (Jan 29 - July 7, 2013) and would like to find cooking classes where I can participate in the actual preparation, as opposed to watching the chef. Do you have any suggestions?
