As you are proffesional pastry chef's I hope to find something more about the history of Javanais.

 

Does anyone know where it comes from, from what period it dates?

 

As I grew up, I was toughed  that my grandfather invented this, he created this in Belgium. 

I'm very curious to see if anyone has an idea about the history of Javanais, and if this story could be true?
