Hello. I'll try to be quick. smile.gif Started as dishwasher, was sous chef & exec chef. Changed mind went to Pastry school and worked as pastry chef for number of years. Left cheffing to raise kids and teach wildfood cooking. Miss busy world of professional kitchen, but also love being in rhythm with family.
