I am new to this forum and love it already. I have to admit, I am not a professional, but an addicted home cook, trying to do everything at home. Living close to Vienna, I of course love to do Pastry and Confections, but I am also into Charcuterie, Cheese making and preserving. Isn’t this pace amazing? I found CT a little more than two years ago as a Home Cook, and now have built up enough confidence in myself to strike out in a new food business.
