Hi everyone! I just joined Chef Talk. I'm a culinary school graduate and currently a line cook in a fine-dining establishment. I'm interested in getting into the pastry arts and i'm going back to school in the Fall to get my business degree because one day i'd really like to open up my own (or saddle up with a business partner) place.
