new saute pans

I just got some great new stainless steel saute pans for the restaurant, (they were using aluminum, yuck).  Anyways, I was wondering if I have to season them or do anything to them before I use them??  Any suggestions?

Cook away!

 

(wash before using but no prep necessary)

 

i'm sure there is a reason but why did you not know this if you are a Chef?
