What is it that your using for your marinade?
not sure how to use the site yet, but I'm learning....
I am using Sriracha, chili paste, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and ginger. I love hot and spicy, but I want the chicken to be eatable also. Do I need to go ahead and cook the chicken tonight, or is it ok to marinate in frig over night?

hhhmmmm, well, with the acid (rice vinegar) you don't want to left it for too long.
the acid will make the meat mushy, say after I don't know, maybe 8 hours or less...
sounds like it'll be pretty good!
