Howdy all, my name is Paul, aka, elcap1999.

 

I'm from sunny South Florida, and new to the site, and have some experience making sauces, especially spicy sauces derived super-hot peppers (essentially anything several times hotter than habanero) and similar types of barbecue sauces. Several family members and friends swear I should start my own line of hot sauces, hot powders and other things, but of course, I definitely need to up my culinary game to stand myself apart from the field, so any help I can get from here would be awesome!.
