Hello

Thread Starter

Hi Everyone,

I'm Sankalp and I earned my Diploma in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) – International Chef Training Program (Cookery) in 2011 as per the City and Guilds IVQ2 curriculum. I went down the culinary route quite late in my career and I moved from the IT/Telco industry vertical to follow a childhood passion.

My training was done at an education and hands on experience provider in Dubai and I have recently relocated to Europe. I aim to learn as much as I can from the knowledge contained in these forums and eventually move on to the next level of training and in kitchen experience area.
