Greetings From Texas

I'm not a very tech savvy person but I enjoy cooking very much for friends and my Veterans at a local Vet Center here in Houston. I'm not really afraid to try anything new in the kitchen BUT I am known to research recipes to death first. Because of all the info out here on the Internet I decided to stop trying to spin my wheels and just go right to a source where I can hopefully get some good solid advice on HOW to make recipes turn out as they should....CHEFS and those who know the ins and outs of the science behind cooking properly!

Aloha, Welcome to Chef Talk, I’m so glad that you’ve found all of us.

This is a fantastic, vibrant, eclectic community comprised of everything, INCLUDING the kitchen sink!

Check the place out and if you have a question in regards to the site self, you can post those in the Feedback & Suggestion forum.  I might suggest the search bar at the top of the page since CT had been around for more than 10 years, many a topic has gone around the moon a few times.

Please take a look at the general forums as well as the Pro section, many a Home Cook brings just as much to the table as in any Five Star restaurant.  All though, in the Pro section, folks not employed in the food industries are asked to read only.

Like on Face Book, and please visit Pinterest too!

Happy Cooking!
