Hi, My name is Juan and I finished my four years of studies for been a chef you need in Spain

After a year working there I decided to move to Iceland, have spend here 1 year and half, (my idea was just 6 months xD) and currently  I,m the chef at one of the most famous brasseries of Reykjavik :)

In the few months, after finishing the peak summer season I'm going to move to Ireland to work.

Nice to have find this forum, always good to learn new tricks!

WOW!  What's your specialty in:

  1. Iceland?

  2. Spain?

Love the ham that Spain produces.

Best and I'm a foodie.   I know very little but the little that I know I want to know very well.
