Greetings

Hello my fellow culinary lovers. I have been cooking in and out of the public and private sector for over 50 years, though never as a "professional chef". I have developed my own food products and have dreams of some day opening my own restaurant. I am in the process of trying to find a position here in FL as a cook, to further my experience and training.

 

Glad I found this forum, hope I can share my somewhat limited wisdom and learn much from the wisdom of others!
