I think its good form to introduce yourself when you join a forum, so here we go
I'm 40 years old, from Sweden. Found this forum when I googled a knife review and found so much more!
I have been cooking since I was old enough to hold a knife.
My first job was in a nice hotel resturant at the age of 15 and I continued to worked on and of in the food industry until i graduated university and have not set my foot in a pro kitchen as an emplyee since. I miss it sometimes but the pay and work hours sure are better in engineering.
I enjoy the outdoors and my favourite ingredients are the ones i've cought, shot, picked or collected myself.
I've had the privelige to work in many parts of the world and I love to try new food and learn new flavours and techniques when I can.
Looking forward to beeing a member of this forum.
