I see you've already found the cooking equipment reviews forum, which makes sense since gadgets are a passion of yours. You'll want to explore more of the discussion forums, I'm sure. All forums are open for reading by everyone, home cooks like you and I must consider the professionals' forums as "read only"- we mustn't post there. Our posting is done in the general forums where everyone posts.
The great thing about Chef Talk is the members, in my opinion. It's probably the best place for discussing recipes, ingredients and methods of cooking with other food-lovers from all over the world. You can come here looking for something to do with that chicken you need to use for tonight's dinner and come away with a recipe from the kitchen of another home cook in the Philippines, or Argentina or Norway. I'm still amazed when I think of the possibilities of Chef Talk!
