Identifying a dish for me

My husband and i were out at a semi formal dining event and one of the quest ordered a dish with mashed potatoes, a tenderloin set a little off to the side but half way on the potatoes then topped with corn, and all was sitting on a crisp bed of baby spinach. Can any one identify this dish?

Meat & three?? Steak, potatoes, corn & spinach.....

There is no name for this dish, it is something that was served at a banquet?, unique to that restaurant's menu.

I agree.

Alot of places sell those basic components, maybe even with a choice of veg.

It does not sound like a dish having a particular name unless it is a signature dish. Have you thought about calling the place where you saw it ?

just a thought.
