Cutting Marshmallows

Thread Starter

I'm trying to find a device that cuts marshmallows in uniform squares. As there are professional manual machines on the market that do such a thing, they are wildly expensive, and reviews are varied. I've even looked into soap cutters, which are similar but would need some tweaking. Anyone have any experience in this area? Thanks!

How many are you trying to cut? I know the guitar cutters are expensive, but it might be worth it to get one depending on the volume your doing. Otherwise you can do it by hand, which, in the case of marshmallow, will be anything but totally uniform. Unless you build a guitar cutter yourself, I'm not really sure if theres too many other options.
