My name is Samantha LaVielle! I graduated from pastry school in December, moved to NYC for 6 months and worked at Magnolia Bakery Rockefeller Center. I am now back to my roots in Seattle and I am the Pastry Chef at Emerald Cove Catering and loving it! I am new to a lot of things pastry, especially catering, but I am enjoying learning new things everyday in the industry. Looking forward to broadening my pastry connections and striving for new inspiration everyday!

I hope that you will share some of your knowledge in the Culinary Student forums, I’d be willing to beat that you have a lot to offer those kids.
