I'm a cook at home too. We can learn so much from each other and from the professional chefs here, which is not a common thing on the Internet. Chef Talk makes it easy to share what we know so that a home cook from Wisconsin in the USA (me!) can make a dish from Ghana, which I never thought of doing before.
We hope you'll explore the entire Chef Talk site: cooking articles, photo gallery, cookbook and equipment reviews, etc. The discussion forums are wonderful, but CT is more than only those. Of course, the members are the richness of the community.
