Hello to you, Jen! We've got a good many Scots here, including one of our New User Forum moderators, Ishbel. I've traveled to Scotland myself (although it's been many years), but it's on the list of places to visit again soon. 

 

What is the establishment like where you work? What type of cuisine do you prepare, and what is your role in the kitchen?
