Pastry Chef/Baker/Breads - (San Fernando Valley)

Exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor with an established company expanding into the Gluten Free and Vegan specialty baking arena. A Split emphasis on retail and wholesale.

We are seeking to fill the following positions.

- Knowledge and experience in making bread a must.

- Must have professional experience
- Multi tasking a must
- Recipe implementation 
- Ordering of supplies
- Attention to details 
- Positive Attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Commercial kitchen equipment knowledge
- Understanding of quality control 
- Creative

Run day to day operations IN A COMMERCIAL KITCHEN with an emphasis on quantity production.
Proficient in reading recipes, creative. 
Work closely with the owner to create new desserts, breads and pastries. 
Knowledge of Gluten Free and Vegan.
Pay DOE.
