Hello from Sarnia, ontario Canada

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. Brief intro. I'm working as an executive chef at a newer up-scale retirement residence. Me and some of my staff put everything in our kitchen together from the bottom up. I've been a certified red seal chef for almost 3 years now and studied culinary arts at Niagara College in Niagara Falls ontario.

There are a few folks here that in Canada as well as from around the globe.

What types of dishes do you and your crew prepare?  I’m always thinking about Senior living facilities and what/how they come up with their menus.  I look forward to hearing more.
