Chocolate Obession

Hi Guys I am from New Zealand and am learning to make artisan chocolates. My journey just started with a fun class my hubby signed me in to "The Introduction to Chocolates" since then I have been intrigued and mystified with this XOXO.... I cannot stop thinking of various flavouring techniques and the chemistry behind all of it.


I will need mentoring nd guidance from Chocolatiers and the community at this forum who are more experienced and knowledgeable in this area & can enlighten me on the deep dark secrets of XOXO

So glad you found us!  This a vibrant and diverse community comprised of folks of varying skill levels.  Don’t miss the Chef’s Garden forum; there is always something interesting growing there.  I hope that you will post in the general forums as well as in the Professional, Home Cooks such as myself can only read in the Pro section.  Should you have questions in regards to the site, you may post those in the Feedback & Suggestion forum.  I think that you’ll find that everyone here is very helpful and respectful.
