I'm glad to find a resource were I have access to the real pro's of food. You never stop learning and learning food is my passion.

 

I love food. I was taught by the two best cooks in the area, my mom and grandma. I'm 58 and have been in the kitchen since I could hold a spoon. Cooking is my passion. I have not been to a formal school but the folks I cook for think I have. I love the grill and smoker.

Questions are a good thing, my DH says that I ask WAY too many questions, but I’m the type of person who wants to know the whys and hows in life.
