I was very happy to stumble onto this site on the web. My most important memories seem to revolve around food in some manner, which is why I've not been able to step out of the industry when I've tried. I look forward to the discussions about food, perhaps how to utilize a different technique or some equipment differently.

I agree with you, food sparks alot of memories. 

I am just amazed at some the photos in the Galleries as well as to how willing people here are to share in everything food.  But that’s what it’s all about, right? 

I take great pride in feeding my family and friends, and CT has helped me to do it better, smarter and more effectively.

I want to let you know that us folks who are not employed the biz are asked to read only in the Pro forays; I hope that you will participate in the General forums too.

Once you’ve gone over the FAQ, Tutorials and Community Guidelines, if you still have any questions, please post those in the Feedback & Suggestion forum for help.  And checkout CT on Face Book and Pinterest.
