Greetings to all. I am very happy to be able to join your group and am looking forward to learning a lot. My baking and cooking background includes many years of cake decorating, a little time working in a bakery, and running a B&B where my husband and I prepared daily breakfasts, afternoon tea and special luncheons for our guests.  We often had weddings at the B&B and assisted our friend who was a caterer to prepare and serve the luncheon food.  Currently I am a nurse and very interested in opening a dog bakery specializing in biscuits and treats for dogs with health care needs such as Diabetes and special diets.  Any help or ideas would be most appreciated.
