Been given 6 crowns? ( Breasts left on bone) of pidgeon to cook for a friend. He has no cooking skills whatsoever and is looking something i can cook and make flavoursome and he can warm up and eat via the microwave
Never have I cooked pigeon before and was looking to do a red wine casserole type dish. But looking at recipes they are showing quick rare cook rather then long and slow
Any ideas or pointers?
