I wasn't to sure where to post this as its not quite choosing a culinary school but rather being accepted to one, so I figured I'd get some advice from people that are already there haha. So basically I have applied for an apprenticeship at a hotel near me and I have an interview for it on the 22nd (incredibly lucky and happy that I do) but I'm nervous for it as there could be people there that have more experience than me. They did however send me one of there recipes for a caramelised cauliflower puree and pan fried scallops which I have been doing over and over again, but I am still nervous for the interview and wondering if any one could give me some tips.

It would mean a lot to me thanks!
