Spherification

Does anyone have a good ratio for spherification or reverse sphereification.

 

i bought calcium chloride but i am going to buy calcium lactate as i heard its better. (milk instead of chlorine: sounds better to me )

 

i want to make a sphere out of a grape puree. thanks for the help :-)
