I happened to stumble upon this forum through some culinary research, and I am so happy I did!
I am from Delaware, currently living in Providence and a second year attending Johnson & Wales for Culinary Arts FSM. I have loved every moment of this wonderful opportunity and hope to broaden my culinary knowledge through school and sharing with others on this site of our similar passion.
In the long run I plan on graduating with a Masters in teaching so I can become a culinary instructor, whether for a university or high school. I know there will be many stops along the way to reach my goal and get my foot in the door, as I need to continue my restaurant experience.
