Okay here's the thing, i am currently in lost of ideas for veggies at work. I mess around with stirfries, ratatouilles, bechamels and classics poached veggies but now i am currently looking for some new ideas, anybody could share some?
Okay you see currently i'm working at a retirement center. rich people around 55-70 are comming here to eat great food and have a great time.
I've got hired because the cook that worked week-end totally f*^*&%d up the place. Now i am here currently rebuilding the customers trust and they are quite greatly responsive. The cuisine style is french, our chef is a french guy. My inspirations goes around french and asian cuisine. we got 80 seats but since the last guy f*^*&%d up, when i got here we had like 15-20 clients per service, been a month now and we ramped up with 40-45 clients. i'm looking to fill up the restaurant. I'm looking for sides ideas, so yeah thats it. hit me up!
