Hi all,

I'm a chef at a casual/fine dining restaurant in Basalt, CO.  I look forward to the chats about the industry! I'm always looking for new ideas, techniques, stories and all the other fun stuff that comes with as Anthony put it, "this thing we do."

So glad that you found all of us, we're a friendly bunch.  Don’t forget about the Non-Professionals here!  Home Cooks have plenty to bring to the table.

Join the conversation or start a thread of your own, on that I might suggest that you do a search at the top of the page to find any previous discussions on a topic.  The Articles, Reviews and Galleries are fantastic, oh and the Special Guest Forum makes for a good read.
