Hi All,

I'm interested in training formally to become a chef but on a part time basis. Is that even possible in the GTA nowadays ? 


I see humber and George Brown's courses more geared towards full time, and not part time through their continuing education.


The only part time culinary training I've seen is Liaison and they don't have a good reputation.


Is there such a school that offers evening courses on becoming a chef through a better institution than Liaison ?
