Okay, so in the spring semester that has just passed I started going to the culinary school offered by the community college I attend, I'm not really enjoying it here (it's really disorganized and the schedules always conflict with mine) so I'm thinking of beginning the process of transferring to another school to get a degree in Baking. Should I try to apply to CIA or are there any other good schools for Baking? I'll have the 6 credits I'll need to transfer to CIA by the end of this Fall semester but I'm not sure of what other choices there are. I just really want to begin my education and learn as much as I can!! Also, which campus should I go to for that? Is there a difference? Please help!!! Thank you!!!! :)
